Single or 2 night bookings are charged as 3 night breaks. Bookings of over 4 nights duration are charged at the full weekly rate
£100 non-refundable deposit is to be paid when booking. The balance plus £100 damage deposit is due 6 weeks before your arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday when the cottage is left clean and undamaged.
