The price shown is based on 2 guests sharing, for each additional guest add £25 per person. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time after 3pm, departure before 10am.
£100 non-refundable deposit is to be paid when booking. The balance plus £100 damage deposit is due 6 weeks before your arrival. The damage deposit will be returned to you at the end of your holiday when the cottage is left clean and undamaged. Any charges for extra cleaning, redecorating, damages and replacement items will be taken from the damage deposit.
2 guests = Price of the week as shown on this page 3 guests = Price of the week + £25 4 guests = Price of the week + £50 4 guests + baby = Price of the week + £75
Completed Booking Form and £100 deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance plus £100 returnable damage deposit (plus £40 Jacuzzi if applicable) is due 6 weeks before arrival date. The damage deposit is refunded when the cottage is left in acceptable condition on the departure date.
