The plan to the right shows the cruciform shape of the ground floor of the building. With a ceiling height of 33ft there is easily sufficient height to split into 3 floors. The Tower stands above the ‘central square’ and is accessed via a stone spiral staircase. It is quite a climb but well worth the effort as you will reach a room of 23 x 23ft with one round window on each side. Take the staircase up to another room of the same size – this is where the church’s seven bells once hung. Slate slats cover the 3 ‘windows’ on each wall, but these could potentially be removed and proper windows installed; thus creating an amazing useable room with stunning views. Another staircase takes you onto the lead roof of the tower. From here you can enjoy 360 degree views across the Lleyn Peninsula. Whilst there is no land included in this sale, this roof space offers a truly unique outside area with total privacy – an ideal roof garden. Views from the roof can be found on the location page
