Garden Cottage Holiday Accommodation

A lovely detached, stone-built holiday cottage sited in large, mature gardens which offer complete privacy. There is an outdoor HydroSpa Jacuzzi (See Terms and Conditions), BBQ, Patio with garden furniture plus ample private and secure parking. The cottage is privately owned and very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and luxurious bathroom.
 

Garden Cottage has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all the modern conveniences you could wish for, yet the cottage still retains its charm, character and numerous original features. The Living Room offers every creature comfort with cream leather sofas and exposed beams, an Inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove, exposed granite walls with french windows to the garden. For those relaxing evenings after a day at the beach there is a large surround sound TV with Sky Free View, DVD Player and Hi-Fi Stereo. A selection of books and dvd films is provided, along with a basket of logs to get your first cosy evening underway.

The fully fitted kitchen provides ample storage and houses a full range of cookware and crockery. The solid elm work tops were hand crafted from a tree which stood in the garden and the high vaulted beamed ceiling, together with the real slate floor make this a lovely room to create culinary masterpieces. The task is made easier by the huge range cooker which has 7 gas hob burners, large grill, two electric ovens and a slow-cooker built in. The full size dishwasher will make clearing up a doddle!

The spacious Dining Room offers a 6 seating table and (of course) a Welsh dresser, and when a romantic meal for two is planned the exposed beams and granite fireplace create the ideal ambience.

Garden Cottage offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests, plus a cot for young baby which can be provided free of charge (Please bring cot bedding). Both bedrooms have recently been decorated and are fully furnished with solid wood furniture. The very spacious master bedroom is furnished with a huge king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe and a large cupboard with drawers and vanity mirror. All bed linen is provided. The second bedroom is also spacious and is furnished with a double bed and a quality folding single bed, bedside table and lamps, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with vanity mirror. There is also a lovely original cast iron fireplace (not functional).

The beautifully fitted bathroom is fully tiled and houses a WC, Large vanity unit with basin, cast iron roll-top bath and a separate shower. Bathroom towels are provided for all guests, however please bring your own beach towels.

 The Utility Room contains a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a cloakroom with WC which also houses a new LPG combi-boiler providing hot water and central heating. Electricity and Gas are payable via £1 coin meters (£5 Gas included free with every booking).
